Elizabeth joined our team in 2012 and brings her nursing experience and clinical decision making skills to our office. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors in the Bachelor of Science Nursing Program from Mountain State University in 2011, and was inducted into the Professional Nurses Association. Prior to joining the practice, she worked at Charleston Area Medical Center, on the medical-surgical telemetry floor as charge nurse. She is committed to excellence in patient care and maintains her certification with the West Virginia Board of Nursing. She is prepared at all times to assist patients with medication questions, phone triage, patient education, and any other concerns patients may have during their course of treatment.
Elizabeth resides in Hurricane, WV with her husband. She enjoys talking anything Disney as well as helping others plan their vacations to the most magical place on earth. You will find her every year spending her vacation at Walt Disney World, her home away from home. Her kind heart and compassionate personality are magical assets to our office. She believes that "A spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down".
Kristen is a 2006 graduate from Nitro High School and successfully completed the Medical Assisting Program at Ben Franklin Career Center in 2009.
She joined our team in 2015 and provides both clinical and clerical skills to our office.
Kristen resides in Sissonville, WV with her husband and their two daughters.
They also share their home with their three dogs, Delilah, Zeus, and Bo.
Her hobbies include listening to music, attending concerts, and traveling, especially to the beach.
She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her daughters participate in all of their sporting events.
Registered Emotional Support Dog
Frosty is our office Emotional Support Dog, registered with the US Dog Registry.
She is a former shelter dog adopted by Dr. Brown and makes frequent appearances in the office to help our patients with anxiety, depression, and everyday stress.
She loves being petted and loved on by our patients!
In her free time she enjoys playing with toys, taking long walks, and chasing squirrels.
